Effective immediately, only church members can borrow church owned chairs and tables. They must sign a formal request that indicates the numbers of items to be borrowed, the dates of use, and then wait for the approval of a church official. Request forms are available from Trista in the church office, from Don Strock, chair of Trustees, or from Pastor Dave.
Non-members will not be allowed to borrow church property. If there are questions, individuals can be referred to the pastor to learn how to become a church member.
Hopefully this will preserve the condition of our chairs and tables while also insuring that items aren’t taken away from the church when they are needed for church activities. We will also be doing an inventory of chairs and tables asking church attenders to make sure that they don’t have chairs and tables at home.
The Trustees have asked that we notify the church family of this decision.
