Special mission offerings coming up:
- March
- Our first Sunday offering (Mar. 1) will benefit UMCOR Sunday, formerly One Great House of Sharing.
- On the third Sunday (Mar. 15) the offering is for Red Bird Mission.
- UMCOR, the United Methodist Committee on Relief, is there to help with disasters anywhere in the world.
- Red Bird Mission is an outreach to one of the poorest counties in the country. Our missionaries travel to Kentucky one week each year to help the community by doing projects for the people.
- April
- Our first Sun. offering (Apr. 5) is for our Easter Offering.
- On the third Sunday (Apr. 19) is for Justice for Our Neighbors.
- Justice for Our Neighbors is a community-run multifaith collaborative that supports and defends the rights of immigrants by providing immigration legal services and educational resources.
