If you worship online with us, I know you have noticed that you can “hear the Word of the Lord” much clearer than you have ever heard it before. You can sing the hymns and pray along with the church more effectively because the words are right there in front of you. You can see our worship from new angles due to the installation of a new camera system.
Yes, we have moved beyond a single i-pad into the 21st century! And frankly we are still in the learning process. I know some of you miss Gary’s incredible up close and personal moving camera images, but we are already noticing more people watching our various worship services, both live and recorded.
Our online connection is a terrific opportunity to literally reach the world as the prophet Jeremiah calls us to do. However, it takes someone sharing the information so that others can discover what is available to them. In this case, it is people like you and me who can easily SHARE links to our FACEBOOK page and website and Instagram with our friends and family members.
FACEBOOK is the easiest to share. You just go to St. Paul’s FACEBOOK page (St. Paul’s UMC West Deptford) and then scroll down to a worship service whether it is our Sunday service or Wednesday Communion. Then click on the SHARE button. Immediately everyone on your FACEBOOK page will see the connection to St. Paul’s and can decide whether or not to open up our recorded video services. It really is that easy. I know I would love to see that 100 people shared our Sunday service every single week with their friends and family because that would mean we are reaching the world. And do not forget to “like” our FACEBOOK page!
You can put links to our website on your FACEBOOK posts, in your emails, or just in your conversations with friends. Denise has our website current and welcoming. If you haven’t checked it out in a while, go to stpaulsalive.org.

Soon we will be adding a YouTube channel to the church’s outreach. I have already started posting my daily FACEBOOK messages to a YouTube channel called, ‘Laugh Again Tomorrow with PD.’
So always remember … when you are in church you just might be seen and heard. Oh my, yes if you talk too loudly before worship starts they can hear you in Uganda, Germany, New Zealand, Canada, North Carolina, Nebraska, or down the street in West Deptford thanks to our TECH TEAM!!
