St. Paul’s Food Pantry is starting off 2019 with a brand new partner in donating to our pantry.
Big Lots in West Deptford reached out to the Food Bank of South Jersey that they were looking to give back to the community through food donations. The Food Bank contacted me to see if we were interested in the partnership and I proclaimed, “YES!”
We will begin picking up non-refrigerated food on Mondays.
More Food Bank related news came with a letter we received from our local ShopRite in West Deptford, which has selected our agency to receive a $2,500 ShopRite Partners in Caring grant.
This grant will be held by the Food Bank of South Jersey for St Paul’s to draw upon throughout 2019 for food and supplies.
Many thanks to those who have made monetary and food donations to the food pantry and to those who donate their valuable time.
