Day by day, as they spent much time together in the temple, they broke bread at home and ate their food with glad and generous hearts, praising God and having the goodwill of all the people.
–Acts 2:46-47
One of the great things about United Methodists is, we love to eat! And eating together is even better!
Each Sunday from September until June we gather together in our fellowship hall after the worship service. This is where we celebrate special events like welcoming a new pastor and his family.
But most weeks it’s just us, gathering as a church family to show our love for each other and for Jesus. We sit down with a cup of coffee or tea and share our lives or talk over the work of the church. Then the children and many of the adults proceed to Sunday School.
It takes many hands to supply the refreshments each week. If you’d like to bring something for social time, see our organizers and sign our sign-up sheet. Then grab a bite, sit, and let the love of Jesus touch your heart.
