Our children taught us that Christmas is about the birth of Christ, and that’s more important than any Christmas party.

The Sunday School Christmas Pageant was on Sunday, December 18, and what a great day in worship! Our church was filled!  So good to see so many stepping out in their faith this Christmas season. The kids did a great job! Declan Hartnett was our acolyte. Victor Ferrara and Declan Hartnett were our liturgists–great job guys! Kylie Gibson led us in our call to worship and one of our “angels” led us in our affirmation of faith. Logan Sierocinski was our prop man for the pageant.

There were speaking parts for some of the kids, angels, shepherds, wise men, and singers. All were terrific! Our kids are wonderful, and we are so proud of all of them.

Many thanks to the SS teachers and helpers for preparing the kids for the pageant. Many thanks also to our parents, grandparents, friends, and neighbors for bringing the children to SS and encouraging their faith.

Kylie also won the big candy cane for bringing a friend to church. Her friend, Leanna, who came 3 weeks in a row, became a part of the SS and was one of the angels in today’s pageant. Congratulations, Kylie, and congratulations to all our kids for a job well done!
